When not advocating for her clients, volunteering or working at her non-profit, Nicole is a vigorous advocate of healthy foods, healthy bodies, and healthy minds.

She teaches yoga, meditation, pranayama and loves spreading her compassion for people through wellness and healthful living in the metro-Detroit area since 2011. Nicole believes that when we lift one another up, we are all lifted up.
